I have divided the communities by the type of property.
Town Home/Patio Home: There is no clear definition for either in the Arizona regional MLS so our definition will have to do. A town home or patio home is a property that has a connecting wall on at least one side of the home. There is no one above or below only on the sides of the unit. These property many times have patios and can be single level or multi-level.
Apartment Styled Condo: Condominium is a type ownership not a type of building. I am using these lists to describe a type of building style more than ownership. What we will call Apartment Style Condos are those buildings where there is the potential for another unit to be either above or below the unit you reside in.
Single Family Homes: The single family home is a stand alone residential property with the home owner owning and having responsibility of the property and land. These homes do not share a wall with another property.
